The Clinical Manager will be the face of the company during the visits for the Patient Assessments. Responsible to assess the patient at their residence or any said location and ensure the requirement is captured and communicated to the respective business vertical.
· Undertake assessment at the residence or location of patients within 24 hours of the lead being shared · Maintain a deep understanding of the customer needs · Exemplify outstanding customer service to all clients in all interaction. · Adhere to and express the mission, vision and values of the organizatio · Protect client information and maintain strict confidentiality at all times · Maintain / publish approved reports as required by the management · Undertake any other additional responsibilities required by the organization · Collaborate with the team to implement and evaluate improvements · Follow-up with clients to seek feedback · Support in training program of Care Assistant/ Nurses as per KITES module · Handle patient queries and assist the team in solving issues. · Second in charge for the Nursing department during the absence of Nurse Manager · Conduct regular compliance audit at the center · Compliance with data entry into HIS on regular basis and updating of patient files.
